the staff was very cute. the room was spacious. underground parking is available. it is a very central location.
the shower was complicated to use. the pool only opens at 7 am. water was complimentary everyday during the room service. everyday i had to call the reception.

spacious layout good housekeeping breakfast options warm staff
My room had a spacious layout with good standards of housekeeping. Breakfast presented a variety of options. The staff were warm and provided assistance. I had safe reach to several good restaurants.
The lift was not working on the day i checked out, so I took my luggage down the stairs.

The location allowed easy exploration. Staff members were friendly and efficient. The room was clean, with a comfortable bed. Breakfast offered a great variety of options and was delicious (especially the fresh fruit).
The minibar was not restocked on arrival, a slight inconvenience.

the staff was friendly and professional and assisted us when needed. the breakfast was divine and bountiful (i especially enjoyed the fresh fruit). the hotel's central location allowed easy access to nearby restaurants and shops.
the room lacked sufficient counter space in the bathroom, so i had limited space for personal items.

generally positive stay
good sized room amazing breakfast nice restaurant busy street difficult parking noisy night
the room was a good size. i enjoyed the amazing breakfast each morning. there were many restaurants and bars nearby (kwik spar was also close by for groceries).
the streets were busy. finding parking was difficult to get into the hotel and ask where the paid parking is. it was also noisy at night with people screaming in the streets and laughing loudly.

the staff was friendly and directed us to local restaurants and bars. the room offered an excellent view of the table mountain. the breakfast buffet was really good (i especially liked the fresh fruit).
only one complimentary bottle of water was available when i arrived. i bought my own bottles for the rest of my stay. there was no rack for shampoo or toiletries in the bathroom and near the washbasin too.
